Catermat was created to help you, our customers, save time, eliminate stress, get more out of your day and make you a star in your team. Simply to help you shine in your job.

What is CATERMAT?
The idea for a customer care machine with a human approach, one that integrates different services, came to our founder Lukáš Nejezchleb in 2016. However, it was only during the Covid pandemic in 2020 that plans for implementing the idea became possible.
We launched Catermat started during Prague Design Week in October 2020: onne week before the second COVID shut down. Covid changed our team a lot. Today, we only have 3 people left from the original team.
Despite the fact that our core staff remains just 3 people, we have gained more collaborators who believe in the idea (our networking, idea-sharing work concept) more than the original team. Now, we are stronger and more effective than ever. The ability to overcome obstacles and do things with a smile and humility is built into our DNA.
In 2023, we fulfilled more than 2,500 contracted orders for more than 200, mostly foreign, companies operating in Prague and the surrounding area.
Since we believe that every company is made up of quality, talented people and know that business is done between people, we view each of our customers as a partner. We feel that our customers see their collaboraton with us in the same way. Several times a year, we organize interesting networking events for our partners where we can get to know each other better. We build our relationships over a delicious meal in an interesting space.
In 2024, we started building our catalogue of additional activities which we often host in interesting, not-well-known spaces. We are always ready to give our customers and partners a quick overview of possible activities and events that we are happy to organize for you.
