General information
This ordering system (hereinafter referred to as SYSTEM) is operated by EXPRESS DELI s.r.o. and is intended ONLY for registered users who are authorized by EXPRESS DELI. By using this system, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
The system is used for easier order collection. All orders created in this way are for informational purposes only and do not create an obligation for EXPRESS DELI s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as ED) to deliver the goods. Only by confirming the order sent by ED's sales department to the registered email of the registered customer does ED become obliged to deliver the product range.
ED reserves the right to correct or change any information contained in this system.
Orders received on weekdays between 9:00-17:00 can be delivered the next working day at a selected time interval. Orders received outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
The operating hours of the SYSTEM are non-stop.
The use of any information contained in the SYSTEM (photographs, texts, etc.) is only possible with the written consent of the ED.
By using this system, the user agrees that EXPRESS DELI will process all data submitted by the user through this system.

Invoicing
ED issues invoices according to the instructions in the order, i.e. the ordering and registered entity is the one to which the tax document will be issued. Subsequent requests to change the tax document are not possible after the order has been executed. ED. is a VAT payer. All tax documents must be issued within 15 days of the date on which the obligation to declare the tax or to declare the completion of the transaction arose.
Additional services
In case of ordering goods including rented inventory or furnishings, installation and collection costs are added to the orders. The cost of these services is shown in the quotation.
Orders with inventory and service must be confirmed by the customer at least 2 working days before delivery.
Rental of inventory
The agreed inventory will be handed over to the company upon the signature of the person taking over or another responsible person. At the end of the event, the inventory will be returned to the driver in the same condition and number upon signature by this person. Any differences in the quantity of inventory must be reported by the customer at the time of acceptance. The differences will be recorded in the handover report. In the event that the missing items are not returned within 24 hours after the event, the customer will be subsequently charged, according to the price list below.
ED reserves the right to charge a deposit on loaned inventory when paying by cash or credit card.
Price list for loss-making
In the event of loss or damage to the loaned inventory or furnishings, the following costs will be charged, prices in CZK excluding VAT:
In the case of arranging to pick up the missing inventory on a date other than the original agreed date, extra inventory collection will be charged according to the supplier's valid price list.
Minimum order and shipping
The minimum order is set at 2000 CZK excluding VAT.
ED couriers always try to deliver the order at the time ordered. Due to the current traffic situation, the Company reserves the right to deliver an order between 45 minutes before the ordered time and 15 minutes after the ordered delivery time. The Customer undertakes to ensure prompt receipt of the order at the selected window. When selecting a time, please note this.
The delivery of goods is primarily only within the territory of the capital city of Prague. The price of transport is determined for each delivery address individually. In the case of the need to deliver the order outside the territory of Prague, the minimum order is set at 5.000 CZK without VAT. The price of transport will be calculated individually.
